- Fill-up Purchase Application Form, Buyer's Information Sheet, Approved Computation Sheet (Buyer or SPA).
- Pay Reservation Fee to hold your unit.
- Submit Required Documents. (see Documents & Other Requirements section)
- Sign Contract to Sell (Buyer or SPA)
