  1. Choose the Project, Block/Lot, House Design and Payment Scheme.
  2. Fill-up Purchase Application Form, Buyer's Information Sheet, Approved Computation Sheet (Buyer or SPA).
  3. Pay Reservation Fee to hold your unit.
  4. Submit Required Documents. (see Documents & Other Requirements section)
  5. Sign Contract to Sell (Buyer or SPA)

  • 1) Purchase Application Form
    2) Buyer's Information Sheet
    3) Proof of Income: Certificate of Employment/Valid Employment Contract
    4) Billing Statement (Latest 2 months) PLDT, Meralco, Credit Cards, etc.
    5) Photocopy of Passport or ID’s (Buyer & Spouse).
    6) Community Tax Certificate (Cedula).
    7) Post-Dated Checks for DP and Monthly Amortizations.

  • Buyer with Attorney-in-Fact


  • 1) Purchase Application Form SPA
    2) Buyer's Information Sheet SPA
    3) Proof of Income: Certificate of Employment/Valid Employment Contract Buyer
    4) Photocopy of Passport or IDs Buyer
    5) Special Power of Attorney(SPA) Buyer
    6) Billing Statement SPA
    7) Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) SPA
    8) Post-dated checks for Downpayment & Monthly Amortization Buyer or SPA
